We Believe…

Developing Local Players For The Future!
We believe football players are built, not born. Which is why our participants will be exposed to intense environments designed to allow them to gain technical and tactical understanding within the game of football. Our sole purpose of these camps, sessions and trips are to develop, mentor and give guidance to players and parents following their childrens football journey!

Developing Players Theough Fun & Encouragement

Player Of The Week Awards

Every week without a doubt we reward a player from each age group an award. We give these awards to build confidence, build a positive learning environment and to increase team and individual motivation. Rewarding someone with a Trophy after a performance can build confidence as it gives positive reinforcement which can be associated with a set of performance factors to build confidence, to build a positive learning environment and to increase team and individual motivation.

This is one of the things we do best

We want JM Academy to be seen and recognised as a club that promotes high standards, upholds key values and ultimately is working alongside the Leagues and Clubs to raise the standards of grass-roots football on and off the pitch within the community.

What we want to do?

To do this we needed a blue-print to recognise who we were, what we wanted to achieve, and how we would support our players and officials in accomplishing this together to become the best they could on and off the pitch.

To Achieve This….

To achieve this we created our own Club DNA and began promoting the philosophy that we wanted our players to demonstrate throughout the team. We talked to our players and listened to what they like, what they don’t like and what they wanted to get out of their time at the Club. This is something we believe is fundamental to maintain in order to make a better football environment for all our staff and players.

Testimonials

Don’t take our word for it – here’s what our parents say:

My both boys have joined JM cubs on a Friday and I’m absolutely over the moon at the dedication Jordan shows to all the players , an excellent coach and role model for our young upcoming footballers! Couldn’t recommend this club and coach enough. My Colton has been going to the U’7 training for over a year now and looks forward to it from one week to the next. Jordan has always been hands on with the boys, and makes sure they are getting the attention they need. Colton has came on leaps and bounds and becoming more confident with football as the weeks go on. Highly recommend JM Academy to anyone with children. JM Academy to anyone with children. He has a team for to suit pretty much all ages. Going from Jordan starting out, to now, he should be very proud of himself and what he had achieved.JM Academy to anyone with children. My son joined JM Academy a few weeks ago, and absolutely loves it. The coaches are fun, enthusiastic and show a real passion for what they are doing. They have a great wee bunch of lads who are really friendly. It is wonderful to see such a supportive environment which is encouraging in the development of youth football.
