Fair Play Policy

– Players play for enjoyment and to improve performance not just to please their parents
– Where rules apply players try to understand them and adhere to them
– Players accept the decisions of their coaches and officials
– Players will control their tempers at all times
– Players will be good sports, they will cheer good play and respect their opponents
– The aim of the game is to have fun, improve skills and feel skills
– Players will work equally hard for themselves and the team
– Players will treat everyone with respect, they should NOT take unfair advantage of any player
– Players will co-operate with the coach, team mates and opponents
– Players taking part in competitive matches will only take instructions from their coach or a person nominated by their coach. Players should not take instructions from bystanders and should adhere to the instructions of the team coach. Failure to do this will only lead to confusion for the child.
